Tekscan Inc. is a leading manufacturer and software provider in force measurement, pressure mapping, and tactile sensing. Tekscan’s technology is used across a wide variety of end markets from medical devices to the auto industry.  Tekscan is seeking a Printer to support our production efforts.  This individual performs a variety of printing tasks using silkscreen printing equipment and accessories under the direction of the Printing Manager and Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Operates silkscreen printing equipment including, silk screening, drying and die-cutting machines.
• Performs adjustments of machines to meet established printing and process requirements.
• Performs process inspections of all printing layers.
• Records process information on process documents.
• Regulates air pressure and manipulates squeegee to adjust pressure and angle of sweep.
• Applies printing compounds to screen.
• Observes silk screen and work pieces to detect printing defects caused by ripped screen and /or registration errors.
• Sharpens squeegee.
